Lesson 2 tells about the four inescapable areas of conflict and how to use your strengths in such a way that you are better able to respond to challenges, handle change, and turn conflict into cooperation. The purpose of this course is to help you discover your strengths and then to enable you to apply your strengths for the benefit of yourself and your team.
